Steve graduated from Dodge City Community College in 1979 with an agriculture based Associate of Arts degree. Steve grew up around trucks and has worked in the shop as a driver, and as a dispatcher. Steve is the President of the trucking company. and also President of Hilker Oil Company, Inc., Hilker Farm Gas, Inc., Founder and director of Jayhawk Leasing, LLC, Board member of Cimarron Capital Corporation. Steve has also been involved in the cattle feeding business since 1990.
